Warranty

All Products have special warranty – check the details bellow.

PS aims to provide the highest quality products, using the best materials and manufacturing techniques, however in the unlikely event that there is a product defect either with the material and/or workmanship we offer the below warranties.

Frames

PS offers a full one year warranty against frame breaking and manufacturing defects, this policy does not cover other damages caused by general wear and tear, improper assembly, misuse, abuse, neglect including dented or bent tubing and stripped out threads. You must be the original owner, provide the receipt and the frame must not have been altered.

Forks

PS offers a one year warranty on all forks, for this to be applicable, you must be the original owner, provide the receipt and the forks must not have been altered. This warranty covers any damage that happens under normal riding conditions. Damage caused by rider misuse, abuse or improper assembly is not covered and might include things like dents, stripped out threads or forks bent backward. These are not considered to be workmanship or manufacturing faults.

Other PS Parts

PS offers a 180-day warranty for defects in materials or workmanship. You must be the original owner of the part, provide the receipt and not have altered the product. This warranty does not cover other damages caused by general wear and tear, improper assembly, misuse, abuse, neglect including dented or bent tubing and stripped out threads.

What to Do

If you have a problem with one of your PS products, please contact the shop you purchased it from, you will need to send/bring in the faulty part and your receipt as proof of purchase.

The above warranties are valid to the original retail purchaser only and all claims must be made through an authorised dealer/distributor.

The shop will then get in touch with the local PS distributor and arrange to have a replacement part sent to you as soon as possible. The PS warranty is limited to replacing the faulty part only and the company shall in no event be responsible for special damages or personal injury.
